Pawsitive Veterinary Care is proud to serve the Tulsa, OK area for everything pet related. Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Dr. Jennifer Anderson, a licensed and experienced veterinarian. But she does not run the clinic alone. Our entire team is committed to educating our clients in how to keep your pets healthy year round. This includes offering advice on allergies, good nutrition, and exercise. Pawsitive Veterinary Care also stays on top of the latest advances in veterinarian technology to give the best care possible. Above all, we remember that all animals and pets need to be treated with loving care in every check-up, procedure, or surgery.

  • Dr.
    Jennifer E. Anderson, D.V.M

    Dr. Anderson is a 2007 graduate of Oklahoma State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. She also has a B.S. in Animal Science from Oklahoma State. While in veterinary school she received the President's and Dean's List Award, as well as the prestigious Above and Beyond Award. She joined the Hecht Veterinary Hospital family in August of 2010. When outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, horseback riding, exercising, and dancing. She is married to her husband Matt and has a son Colby Bryant, a daughter Caitlynn Bailey, and a daughter Carolynne Bexley. She has five dogs named Woodrow, Maggie, Jessica, Jim Craig, and Arlo. She has numerous outside kitties, multiple goats, 2 donkeys, and multiple horses. 

  • Jamie Christy
    Practice Manager

    Jamie is a 2007 graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a B.S. in Kinesiology. While in school she received the President's and Dean's List Award. She joined Pawsitive Veterinary Care in February of 2010. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, going on cruises, reading, attending French Bulldog meet ups around the US, and cuddling with her four legged furry babies. She is married to her wife Rachel. She has two Dachshunds named Saint and Reggie, three French Bulldogs named Colston, Leonard, and Beckham and 2 cats, Snowflake and Geoffrey Melman. She has multiple saltwater fish. 

  • Katlynn Tucker

    Katlynn is a graduate of Catoosa High School. She joined Pawsitive Veterinary Care in July 2014. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her two sons Jaxon and Oliver, family and friends. She has a pitbull named Nina 

  • Kaitlin Wiggins
    Registered Veterinary Technician

    Kaitlin is a graduate of Cedar Valley College with an A.A.S. in Veterinary Technology. She joined Pawsitive Veterinary Care in July 2012. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Johnathan and welcoming their new son Brady Leland. She also enjoys visiting family back in Texas, attending local reptile/fish trade shows, and training her dogs for Agility. Together their home consists of three Chinese Shar Pei: Dexter, Dotty, and Dory, three cats: Mom, Penny, and Token as well as their snake: Wilson. 

  • Taylor Najera
    Veterinary Assistant

    Taylor is a graduate of Union High School. She graduated from Community Care College with an Associates Degree in Occupational Science/Veterinary Assisting. She joined Pawsitive Veterinary Care in February 2016. Outside of work she enjoys playing soccer with her son Robbie, playing video games, and performing outdoor activities.

  • Kelsey Cochran
    Veterinary Assistant

    Kelsey is a graduate of Animal Behavior College with a Certification as a Veterinary Assistant, she also attended Northern Oklahoma College and graduated with an Associates of Biology and an Associates of Agriculture. She joined the Pawsitive Veterinary Care team in January of 2018. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, her cat Nova, and reading books.
